We are unable to process refunds. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a credit and place a new order for the item desired. Please notify the Pink Magnolia Boutique within three (3) business days of receiving the shipment.

Sale Items: There are no refunds or exchanges for discontinued items, Upcyled items, or any items purchased on sale/clearance.
